Small, quiet, great breakfast, comfortable. The Broome is our favorite hotel in the city. I was tempted to give it bad ratings just so you won't go there and it will be easier for us to get a room when we want one.

We had the smaller room which was quite small and the window was to the patio, I prefer outside windows.

The location is great, We've travelled many times to NY but its the 1st time we've slept in the SOHO. We loved the location, near many shops, restaurants, everything open till late. We didn't see any homeless people on the streets in this district and for us it was a major bonus. The hotel is very nice and pampering, we've arrived early in the morning after a domestic night flight and were very happy to get a breakfast invitation and then all our luggage and waiting amazon packages were transferred to our room. The breakfast is excellent - eggs and croissant (European quality) , served in a nice place and in a pampering way. All the staff (receptionists, breakfast preparer) are really working hard to give U a welcome homey feeling. We've asked for everyday housekeeping and were very happy to return to a clean organised room .

The hotel itself is an oasis in the heart of Soho. Despite being close to everything - many nice cafes, restaurants, shops, and subway stations all reachable within minutes of walking - as soon as you walk in the door, it’s a quite and peaceful home away from home. Our room is spacious, clean, and very cozy. The surrounding area feels very safe even when we walk back late at night, too. But what made our stay a truly memorable one is the staff. Grace at the reception, specifically, is the real MVP. Made us feel very welcome since we walked in on day one, and has since taken care of us like we’re family. We can’t say enough good things about Grace. The kind people at the cafe where breakfast is served have also added to our positive experience here. Can’t fault their staff even if we try! All in all a very, very happy stay, right in the middle of Soho. We will definitely be returning the next time we come back to NYC.

Staff not telling the truth and NO wifi.

wifi didnt work. Hotel staff kept promising it would work in 30min. It took hours. mobile signal is very poor, so just crazy as could not work at all. If they had told the truth, I would have moved out immediately. ALso hotel is just mediocre for the price. Cost over $600. marketed as a boutique hotel. There's no lounge area to sit in. It's a small ok hotel. For this money, hotels like Soho Grand or Sixty Soho are WAY nicer

the bedroom was really small (room 41) the queen bed was really small for a queen bed it’s a single room by the size of it not a double as they intend to sell it the breakfast is terrible the pictures are much better than reality the price is way to high for what they offer

check out time was too early, lack of flexibility for extended stay. Was told extended check out past 12pm can be requested with additional fee, but was not able to accommodate when actually requested.

Hotel staff came out and greeted me right as the uber pulled up. Cozy, clean room, perfect size for solo stay, nice amenities including all necessary toiletry. Very quiet rooms, could not hear most city noises.

Arrived at 11pm to a locked door, and a sign telling me to call a number that went straight to recording alerting me of a full inbox. It took me 15 minutes of ringing the doorbell, banging on the door, calling, and texting to get someone to answer the door. The room was dirty -- stained carpet and a pillow that smelled like sweat. There was no natural light in the room -- just a window that looked over the hotel's interior. I paid nearly $500 for the experience. Wouldn't dream of returning.
