Apparently the hotel has no licence for food or beverages, so there is no breakfast or room service or drinks. I had to bring in my own food and drinks, and breakfast to make each day. Plus buy cuttlery and paper plates and bowls.

The Location was good, and the room was a great standard as the hotel was brand new. I would stay there again when they get their food licence.

The hot water for the shower seemed random and never 100% working properly which is annoying when it’s cold.

Great location, super clean and really comfortable beds. Felt spacious and the rooms were really nice and cosy. The staff were wonderful as well :)

Only 1 downfall was the lifts. There was 2 lifts in the hotel and these where extremely slow and wasn’t helped that one of the lifts was out of service on a couple of occasions which made the long walk up the narrow staircase to the high floors a bit tricky at time specially when carrying bags. However even though this was the only 1 negative it would not stop me from rebooking another stay at this hotel

Room was big clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable. All staff were super friendly and very attentive. Location was perfect. Less than a minute’s walk from Macy’s, Bryant park with a few minutes walk away. Subway station also located less than a minute away for those who don’t want to walk much around the city and want to use transport

The only thing I could say would be that there is no kettle or coffee machine. This would be a nice touch as a cup of tea/coffee,Whichever you prefer would be nice first thing.

The room was very clean, and the bed was VERY comfortable. The staff were great and always pleasant and helpful. Nicely situated with only a 10 to 15 minute walk up to Times Square, and for a bit of retail therapy, only 5 minutes from Macy's. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Loved it, would stay again

The location is amazing. You are right in the heart of Manhattan with lots of restaurants and bars right across the street. The rooms were clean and bright and the staff were friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Suggestion: Hotel could have benefitted from a coffee station in the morning. Something simple, not costly and offers a better customer experience.

Great location, love the architecture and interior design. Well appointed room- staff was accommodating, friendly. I would stay there again.

Did not like the multiple external fans running 24/7 outside our window. It was very loud and made a vibrating noise on top of the regular fan noise. After one night I requested a room change and thankfully this happened. I also understand that not much could be done about the noise but the fact that the room looked onto a built up brick space, that made the noise louder as it bounced around the brick walls.

The location was excellent as it was walking distance to Macy’s and all the main tourist areas. There were also some great bars and restaurants close by.

There is no cafe machine or kettle in the room. No drinks available in the hotel except 1 bottle of water per person per day. Noise outside the windows from generators? Aircondition machines? truely demanding by night.

Wonderful bed. Nice staff. Very good location. Umbrellas unlimited for guests.

Some coffee in the rooms or even the hotel would be nice. I understand no food. That's ok. But i think coffee is doable. Even if it’s I'm the lobby or something.

Staff was unbelievable and beyond friendly. The hotel is actually quite beautiful. Rooms were clean and perfect. Location is amazing.

There is no food or drink available at the hotel which I missed as a business traveller and didn’t realise at the time of booking. It was always necessary to go out but would have been more convenient to have a bar serving drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning.

A great central Manhattan location. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
