The Pearl Hotel has an awesome location, within walking distance to most of the Mid-town Manhattan sites. It was close to restaurants and also a cute little Italian bakery/cafe. The area was safe to walk around in and the parking garage was not too far from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would love to go back and stay at the Pearl Hotel.

Poor breakfast, very limited options (no scrambled eggs, no cheese, no ham, no veggies... just boiled eggs, croissants, butter and jam), no cappuccino.

Perfect location (on Broadway, near Times Square), very clean, friendly staff, spacious rooms, great facilities, snacks & coffee available 24/7, good WiFi

The lie of city views. Also My poor son could not wear your robes. Suggestion: Its better to have robes that are too big for the majority rather than the robes being too small for your few bigger clientele over 6 feet 7 inches at 270 lbs. Also, For the price of my Deluxe King Suite room I would expected a roof top indoor pool, an omelet station with sausage and bacon and pancakes to choose from. No ice in the juice, it’s better to have juice on ice to keep it cold instead of it staying in a pitcher watering it down.

Attentive Staff! Keegan Jaime Carlos female front desk staff, forgive me for not remembering your names, but I hope the three ladies know how much my son Tristan and I enjoy his college graduation trip to visit family in NY. Housekeeping were very accommodating with making sure we had all that we needed. I am a changed women after experiencing watching Tv in the bathtub this is my new obsession until I install one in mine.

The refrigerator is making a lot of noise, so we unplugged it.

Near Time Square. Welcome drinks (wine) are available from 5 to 6 pm daily. All-day unlimited access to the snack and coffee bar. The hotel staff are incredibly kind and helpful, providing exceptional service.

View was a little limited. The overhead shower was disappointing but there was a handheld one that was much more powerful...would have been better the other way round. Was fairly expensive but it was in NYC so to be expected really.

It was a great location and the included breakfast was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and had a kitchenette which was useful.

I wished they would add eggs and milk to the menu. Otherwise it was great.

I always checked the bed, bathroom walls, floors, and stairwells. They were impeccable. The staff was very kind and efficient. While it's in the middle of the buzz and frenzy of the city it gives you peace and quiet. There's also a hidden terrace in some units. But I think guests are not always allowed in. The breakfast was good 😊.

Not much really ..... the use of plastic plates and cutlery at breakfast isn't very environmentally friendly. If it was recycled or re-used this would be better.

Hotel location is excellent and our room was very quiet especially considering where it it. Loved the fact that it was a boutique hotel - perfect size for us and no issues with waiting for the elevator. Great complimentary 'bag storage' upon arrival and departure. Room was plenty big enough, very modern and clean. Great toiletries and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic: plenty of selection, well stocked and replenished regularly. 'Wine Hour' was a great touch and a most appreciated gesture. The Pearl is a great hotel - we definitely recommend it.

Location, location, location. 3 subway stops, all within 3 minutes, in the heart of theatre district. Nicely decorated facility with decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Will stay here on all future visits to Manhattan!

We booked a large queen room which had 2 double beds, a mini kitchen lounge and a large bathroom. Room was ample for what we needed. unless you are on a high floor dont be expecting a great view :-)

This hotel was absolutely lovely. We were impressed by the facilities and comfort of the room as well as the location. Particularly impressed by the staff ( Keegan) who was just so helpful and really made us feel welcome from our first meeting. The staff honestly make this place as they are more than happy to answer any questions and help you in any way they can. We loved the ‘wine hour’ which was a real treat. Will most definitely return
