Unfortunately we were not big fans of the breakfast. The fruit, muesli etc was lovely but the cooked breakfast was less to be desired.

Our room was not ready on arrival 17h00 and then they allocate the wrong room to us. Staff enter the room at any time of day to put fresh water or new towels without knocking. There was no ""do not disturb"" sign or ""please clean"" sign in our room. We did ask for it, but that was where it stopped.

Very noisy room, it is not isolated at all, you can hear the lightest sound from the others rooms Sadly the service shuttle to the water front was not available for 3 days.

The hotel gave us the wrong room for the first 5 nights which we found disappointing. However the hotel upgraded us to a suite for our last 4 nights which made up for the mistake.

Lovely stay at Premier. The staff are all so helpful and polite. Special mention to Cecelia who went above and beyond. The breakfast was lovely and the chef made our eggs everyday the way the we liked. The location of the hotel is perfect with restaurants and beaches all walking distance.

I’ve read a lot of very good comments about breakfast, but I was expecting something better (maybe I’m spoilt 😀). Rooms at East wing don’t have views, but at the end it wasn’t much of a problem as we almost didn’t have time to enjoy them out of the window.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel between February 15-18, 2024. After reading some negative comments I was a bit scared, but never noticed anything mentioned in them 😊 We had 2 rooms in the East wing. We didn’t have much problems with loadshedding, as luckily it was mostly at times we were not in the rooms. The rooms looked quite modern (maybe they are after renovation?), bathrooms - clean and modern. Quite a lot of plugs! The rooms were very big, Family room - huge and very comfortable to meet our needs! The shuttle bus to Waterfront was very handy!!! The hotel has a special space/room to enjoy sunsets! I found it to be a great idea 😊 The staff was very friendly and always helpful! Thanks for everything!

My room took long to be cleaned,i ended up sleeping in the car after breakfast coz the room was not done on time,not enough sanitary bags n soap,bathroom tap was giving us problem when opening it

WiFi didn’t quite reach the pool area, get a WiFi booster! Staff clearly need more service training particularly on the drinks. Several staff said they had never tried the cocktails themselves so couldn’t recommend any.
