With free WiFi, this ryokan features a satellite flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and fridge. The air-conditioned unit at the property features a hot tub and a dressing room. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing.

The property was spacious for our group of 7. The tatami-style rooms offered much flexibility for our rooming needs. The bathrooms and toilets were also a good size, unlike most in Japan. The apartment was very well-stocked, from necessities such as linen and towels, to toiletries and kitchenware. The check in procedure was contact-free but instructions were precise, hence it was very easy. Communication with the property staff was effortless, and I could choose either English or Mandarin. Enquiries were always answered quickly. We needed help with regard to an issue, totally unrelated to our stay here, but the property staff was so helpful and went beyond their call of duty to assist us, and helped us resolve it. We are deeply touched by their willingness to help. I would definitely recommend this property and will certainly choose it again when I’m in Nagoya again.

I was surprised that food and drinks were free. Great lounge with massage chairs and there is an onsen. I found a room with lockers to store my luggage handy. I would come back anytime.

Traditional ryokan, run by an elderly couple. They know limited English but enough to communicate and were very accommodating. Room was spacious and futon was comfortable.

Have to walk a bit from the nearest train station but the distance is acceptable. BUT nearest exits are all with staircase only. May have to find out where is the nearest escalator or lift exit. The hotel is clean and onsen is nice. Do give it a try!

The convenience, the easy access to the onsen. The room was comfortable. I managed to do some yoga in the room. It would be nice to have access to a yoga mat and possible space too :) I always like a kettle in the room for myself. No need for a coffee machine :)

The Hotel was overall in a perfect location and near Sakae and a nearby station! The Onsen was a nice Wellness factor we almost used everyday. The room was super clean and quite spacious for Japanese hotel rooms. We had two bigger suitcases and one additional smaller one. We would say it‘s a modern, younger place and would definitely recommend :)
