The location and the view of Mt Fuji at the property was just spectacular. The food and service was impeccable. Nina Lin was sharing with us all the great spots to take photos of Mt Fuji and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. The other older lady was very helpful and hospitable as well and we can't praise them enough for making our stay so memorable!

I liked everything. We loved the Ryokan design, the view of Fuji by the window, the onsen is great too, and Im thankful to the hospitality of the owners. The meals are also special. We loved our dinner and breakfast. Those are truly special. Had a real great experience of staying at a Ryokan and im fully thankful to the owners.

The rooms and facilities are very nice and clean and offer an outstanding view of Mt. Fuji and the lake. The hosts are very warm and friendly and the included breakfast and snacks are delicious.

It was easy to find and just off the main road but still very peaceful and quiet. Shared spaces were clean and had books, games, and a pool table. The Japanese-style tatami room we stayed in was very spacious, clean, and comfortable and had its own toilet. The shared shower/bath area was very relaxing and has time slots for each room to use so it's private. The hostess/owner was so kind and sweet!
