They helped me securely store my bike and when I first got on the room they brought me a thermos with boiled water so I could have some tea immediately. The onsen itself was small but was pretty empty whenever I went, with good opening hours to suit all lifestyles.

The staff spoke limited English, but there were clear written instructions everywhere in English so if you don't speak Japanese at all, you'll be fine :) Shared toilets and basins were just in front of the rooms, the staff was very thoughtful to refill japanese green tea sachets everyday although the beverage box was quite hidden on table :D

They served Japanese traditional food set with wagyu and seafood buffet. Breakfast's buffet lines were impressive as well!! Onsen has two big indoor pools and one outdoor pool. Hot spring water is also serviced at our room's bath tub!! We were very happy!!!
