It also has a dining room and the bathroom is realy great. When you stay there you get the old vibes of Japan in a spotless small hotel.

Although it is classed as a B&B it was more comfortable than many hotels I have stayed in. Room and bed were very comfortable, quiet, pleasant. They have a deal with the cafe at the station for breakfasts and the local public baths, bicycles to use, self catering kitchen options, The owner really took care of us, recommending and booking restaurants etc.

Located a 5-minute drive from JR Kanazawa Station, Ryokan Yamamuro offers Japanese-style guestrooms with free WiFi. Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle Park can both be reached with a 5-minute walk. We loved everything about this ryokan and can only recommend it. Owners are very kind and helpful. Our room was amazing and location is also perfect. We loved also the Kanazawa city. We are glad with our choice to do both visit the city and also stay at this beautiful and very clean ryokan.

I liked everything ! the room was very big and comfortable. great bed and traditional service ! the staff was super kind , very helpful with our requests and available for any questions. breakfast was really good as well. not in city center but well connected with nice view and peace and quiet, much needed !

I loved everything about my stay at Sumiyoshiya. The staff is so nice and speak fair english, always ready to help you with anything you might need. The Japanese breakfast was delicious, everything was clean, they prepared my futon while I was away walking around the city, AC worked just fine, and the place actually looks so so nice!! Anyway, I genuinely couldn't find a single thing to complain about.
