Offering a terrace and hot spring bath, Maruyama Onsen Kojyokan is situated in Minami Uonuma, 2 km from Maiko Snow Resort. Free private parking is available on site. The onsen and private onsen was so amazing and magical. Also the view from my room was amazing because it was snowing and everything about this property was magical.

Few reasons we chose to stay in Tamakiya: -It locates in a countryside helps us slow down a bit and enjoy the snowy nature. -Great experience while enjoying the in-room Onsen + seeing snowing right in front of us. -Tamakiya offers some great food, both nights we selected the French cuisine with wine, sake pairing. The food was delicious and Yuichi-san shared his marvelous sake pairing technique by bubbling it, added an extra favoring in which the goal is to refine our tasting journey. Of course traditional kanzake (warm sake) was served too during the dinner course.
Rankeisou 4성급

Located in Sanjo, Rankeisou offers accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. This 4-star ryokan offers free WiFi. The ryokan features a hot spring bath and luggage storage space. The food was simply amazing, dinner being one of the best meals I’ve ever had, no dish over or under seasoned and exquisitely presented. The service was also very attentive.

Set in Minami Uonuma in the Niigata Region, 10 km from Maiko Snow Resort, Kutsurogian boasts a hot spring bath and ski-to-door access. Kutsurogian is a quiet traditional Japanese-style hotel behind the mountains with wonderful indoor and outdoor door onsen. Sitting in front of the room window, you can enjoy the spectacular snow view. The hotel is close to the nearby station，It will take 5mins to muikamarchi station. There are so many snow resorts nearby, it is very comfortable for relaxing in the hotel ‘s onsen, and then have a taste of the local food of the hotel after skiing. It is especially worth mentioning that the staff of the hotel is particularly enthusiastic, offering to provide shuttle services to the nearby station, snow resorts…When we need to go shopping, they also warmly send us to there. When we left, the staff gave my child two bathrobes.

Surrounded by untouched nature, Satoyama Jujo offers eco-friendly designer accommodation boasting natural hot spring baths. Everything was so serene and pretty. The staff were Very kind and welcoming. They found out it was our anniversary and made us a special dessert! We have all kinds of food restrictions and they took them all into consideration. The room was amazing and had a beautiful veiw. The food was very good and all locally sourced. 100 percent would recommend this ryokan! The onsen in the room was so peaceful and the common one had a view to the mountains
