Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Best Hotel in Lake Kawaguchiko (probably whole Japan). The breakfast was so clean and fresh. In room onsen was so good after walking around the lake and before the check-out to refresh you.

八海 木花館 localiza-se em Oshino, a 10 km de Terras Altas Fujikyu, e fornece acomodações com bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamento privado gratuito e um jardim. Dinner and breakfast are exceptional. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Very private and secluded area which is perfect.

Ryokan Fuji Heights localiza-se em Fujikawaguchiko, a 1,5 km de Lago Kawaguchi e a 3,6 km de Terras Altas Fujikyu. The host was very kind. He explained to us about the place and then served us tea and cookies in the room. A traditional Japanese hospitality experience exactly as we wanted. Excellent location near 2 restaurants that we really enjoyed.

The owners were incredible and very welcoming, I had great chats with Yoshi throughout my stay and he was gracious enough to give me a ride to the main bus station on my check out day which was a great help! The private hot spring in the bathroom was amazing and the dinner and breakfast were both delicious, the food was incredible! The view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel is also fantastic!

We came for the view which, from our room, exceeded expectations. We will come back because of the awesome staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. We stayed one night on our way from Tokyo to Kyoto by train. We ordered dinner the night of arrival and breakfast the next day. Both were delicious, traditional Japanese meals served with a spectacular view of Mt Fuji. Our waitress inquired where we were headed and recommended we consider an express bus to Mishima where we could get a bullet train to Kyoto. We agreed and before we knew it she had already made reservations for us! This saved us at least an hour and the misery of several train stops. Not fully evident from the property description is the supreme location of the hotel. As the name suggests, it’s near the lake, but also within walking distance of convenience stores, restaurants and several shops. The hotel also offers shuttle service to and from the train station. If you are planning a stay in Kawaguchiko (which you should) and want to be pampered with the full Japanese experience, let Lakeside Hotel pamper you as they did our family.

Com um belo jardim japonês, o Teiensaryo Yamanakako está localizado apenas a 2 minutos a pé do Terminal Rodoviário Fujikyu Asahioka em Yamanakako. Lovely, family-run accommodation on Lake Yamanaka. Rooms and facilities were comfortable, and the family staff were always accommodating, and quick to offer advice, assistance, and tips for our stay.

Situado apenas a 1 minuto a pé do pitoresco Lago Kawaguchi, o Ichifujiso é um alojamento acolhedor com quartos de estilo japonês e banhos públicos. As refeições apresentam legumes caseiros frescos. Gostei de tudo! Superou nossas expectativas! A área de banho é ótima e uma delícia de usar. O café da manhã tradicional japonês também estava incrível. O casal nos recebeu muito bem, sempre muito prestativos e animados. O quarto oferecia kimonos e a experiência de dormir em um ambiente tradicional japonês foi muito romântica.

Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. The hotel seemed too expensive compared to where we usually stay in other countries. We knew that Japan was expensive , and there was not much else available in that period. The good surprises were that food and drinks, including wine and cocktails, were available without limits. The Onsen was also free (except the private bath which we tried, and did not add much value). The hotel has a free shuttle that picks you up at the station and is located right next to the funicular. There is also a tourist bus stop next to the hotel. Although Mount Fuji is not visible from the hotel, the rooms have large windows with a fantastic view of the Kawaguchiko lake.
