Wow... it's a really great hotel. We just booked this hotel for an overnight stay and we were very positively surprised.
The hotel seems quite new, is modern, has friendly and attentive staff, and the room was spotless clean. What makes the difference to other typical chain hotels is that this hotel is located in a very quiet area with no busy streets nearby. The amenities are top notch: the gym is modern and for a hotel well equipped, the outdoor hot tub was great, and the fireplaces are really beautiful. Guests were even provided a S'mores kit for free. Great little add-on.
On top of that, we got the room for a very good fare (though it's just because we stayed during off-season). We liked it that much that we extended stay for another night.

I liked the number of different restaurants. Great shopping. Easy to navigate the area. The Lobster Trap was the BEST! We would have eaten there the last two days of our stay but they were closed! So sad!!

The driven van excursion up & down the Mt.
The driven van excursion up & down the Mt. Washington auto road was excellent! A highlight of the trip! Well narrated, informative, just the right duration, & well worth the price. Especially when compared to the self drive. The driver, Kevin, was courteous, very informative, & extremely pleasant.
The innkeepers are very friendly and prepared an exceptional breakfast in the main lodge. The wraparound porch is terrific - too bad we were there in the winter - would be a great place to enjoy being outside. Afternoon cookies in the lodge - yummy! Very convenient - easy to find - close enough to everything in North Conway. We had a room off the porch which had a fridge and microwave (not all do yet).
It’s in the woods! Which was perfect; very peaceful location close to North Conway and the White Mountains. The property and rooms are absolutely full of charm and Donna and Doug are amazing hosts offering advice on the area and a different, delicious breakfast every morning. We did a fly-drive holiday staying at 5 hotels in all and the time here were the best nights sleep of the trip.
Lovely inn and it was only a short drive from the main street of North Conway. Lots of places to eat or get coffee close by. Room was quite large, pillows were comfortable and it was lovely and warm. It had a microwave, fridge and tv. Due to staff shortages there was no housekeeping but there were plenty of towels and if more were needed you just called at reception.
The Kearsarge in is located just off the main street, within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in North Conway. The room was spacious with a comfortable sitting area. Room was clean with frig, keurig, hair dryer, shampoos & cream rinse. The bed was ok but getting to the end of its life. Plenty of pillow and cozy blankets. All and all a great stay.
This is a nice little bed and breakfast and the room rates are very reasonable. The breakfast was really delicious as well and while I didn't see much of the owners, they were polite and professional. If you're looking for a cute place to stay in North Conway, I recommend the Red Elephant.
The rooms are done with so much lovely details. The bed sheets felt like luxurious quality. I seriously had them in no other hotels before. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. I totally recommend staying here. I'll recommend it to all who want to visit this area.
The staff were superb. Super friendly and helpful. Great facilities next to the Cranmore ski resort and off the busy thoroughfare of North Conway but handy to the White Mountains. A very complete breakfast buffet with good coffee! Comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms.
It was clean and centered right in the middle of all the shops and right next to downtown historical North Conway. Private hotel with a great pool. The gentlemen Alex at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly! I would definitely stay here again !
the location was the only good thing about this place. its not in north conway but on the way north which was good. but there are platy better places and if we had found one we wouldnt have stayed there at all.
Very affordable and an amazing location in North Conway! Walking or very short driving distances from most things. Outdoor pool open, close parking spot for each room.
We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. It is definitely a great location if you are visiting North Conway.
I have a lot of different hotels breakfasts over my years as a traveling sales man but this place far excidesany other hotel including the large chains
