When we arrived the front desk tried to give us a room in the wing but we said no and finally we got a room in the main hotel and it was what we love about the Langham, love this hotel.

We got an early checkin and had a butler who was ready to help us with unpacking and any of our needs.

Situated in the heart of central London, right at Marble Arch, where Oxford Street meets Park Lane, and just a stone’s throw away from Hyde Park, The Cumberland Hotel amplifies the city's vibrant... From the start of the trip, the service was exceptionnal. We got to the hotel early and they were able to acommodate our check in earlier without problems. The treatment was incredible and we felt welcomed from the beggining. Everything is organized to the last detail. The rooms are quiet and the beds are really comfortable. I travelled with my grandma and she was super greateful with the service and the room commodities, specially the beds! Lastly, Breakfast has everything you could ask and the location is to die for!

A 5-minute walk from the shops at Oxford Street and Regent Street, this elegant Victorian town house offers a breakfast to go and is a short walk from many Tube stations. The staff were so friendly, quite a rarity in London! Loved the walks around the neighbourhood too!
