Objekat se ne nalazi u samom centru ali mu je to prednost a ne mana. Razlog tome je taj sto ste odvojeni od guzve i buke na Baliju a prevoz je jeftin do samog centra. Objekat je izuzetno cist, prostran, osoblje preljubazno. Ovo je jedino objekat koji izgleda bolje nego na slikama. Prvobitno smo planirali 5 dana ostati pa se prebaciti u Ubud ali kad smo vidjeli kako izgledaju ostali hoteli odlucili smo ostati u ovom hotelu. Topla preporuka i nema kajanja😉

Smještaj je na izuzetno dobroj lokaciji , soba je velika , veoma čista i sa veoma udobnim krevetom. Domaćini će se pobrinuti da vam bude udobno , pomoći vam da naučite mnogo o kulturi i običajima na Baliju , i dati savjete da posjetite neka mjesta koja nećete pronaći u vodičima za putovanja. Osoblje, lokacija, čistoća, veličina smještaja, bazen, doručak - ma baš sve je za čistu peticu! Sve pohvale osoblju i vlasnicima i apsolutna preporuka da odsjednete u Lucky Family Cottagu ako posjećujete Ubud. Također, vlasnik nam je pronašao i skuter za najam po izuzetno povoljnoj cijeni. The resort is very scenic with great photo spots and also offers a variety of activities to enjoy. In addition, all the staff were very nice and kind, accommodating our requests well.

It’s in a beautiful location by the ocean. It has several restaurants to choose from for eating out or dining in. You can use on-site gym facilities, go shopping or walk to their private beach, see monkeys along the way. The service is excellent! The Rock restaurant has phenomenal views and is a magical experience.

We had a private Butler - Hendra - who was excellent!! Very helpful and nice.

We spent the night at the Moon-House. This is one of the most spectacular hotel rooms we´ve ever been. The feeling is like being inside the "Avatar" movie. The design is unique, using Bambu as the main material. The whole suite cannot be easily compared to any other "just expensive" hotel suite, then it is a complete different "experience". Also the surroundings are amazing, getting from the Hotel lobby to the room feels already like a "Indiana Jones" experience. The way goes through illuminated caves, then the awesome bambu-cabin elevator (30 m deep) that takes you down closer to the river, the restaurant and the rooms. The view is so incredible! The staff are so lovely! My partner wasn’t feeling good and they brought him a special tea, and offered medication. The food was so good! The pool was a lovely temperature! The deluxe bungalows looked over the pool and where spectacular!

Friendly and friendly resection. Cosy environment. Cool and clean AC rooms. Outdoor activities. Nice Italian restaurant and many shopping options.

this pace floats above the water at high tide and looks across Padang Padang and Impossibles surf break. just a magic spot down a lot of stairs but it’s worth the effort. once you are there you are in heaven, roam along the beach, go surf, swim in the ocean, watch the light change at sunrise and sunset. shared rooms with a ceiling fan and shared bathrooms but they are clean and decent enough for the price of the rooms. a million dollar setting at a fraction of the price , you pay 100x this price if you want the same view with AC and an infinity pool hanging over the cliff and an elevator ride down to you room.

Fantastic view, peaceful environment and amazing staff!

Staff and service were outstanding. We also took part in the evening event that included a tasting menu and a show with traditional dances and costumes and we really enjoyed it. The pools are really impressive and framed into the typical jungle landscape of Ubud, a real gem and highly recommended. The breakfast selection was also very rich and great in taste, especially after the walking promenade organized by the hotel in the morning.
