The whole experience, the most comfortable bed we've slept in. The cottage is beautiful. Perfect for our little getaway. We will definitely be back to stay again.

We loved this place. The hosts are lovely and the place was everything we hoped for and needed. The studio is clean, well equipped and comfortable. We arrived quite late (around 19:00) but still had access to the spa pool which was lovely. We’d have understood if it was too late as there are kids in the house but it was fine. Watched the moon and stars for nearly an hour. In the morning we made use of the breakfast provided, had a nice chat and were given some carrots to feed the two donkeys and the horse. My partner absolutely loved this. Hunter is a sweet black lab who may be there to welcome you if you’re lucky. He likes snuggles and carrots too, if he gots hold of one. We cannot recommend this place high enough. It’s perfect.

    The place was so cozy! We were greeted upon arrival and given suggestions of things to do/places to eat in town. Bed was extremely comfy. Accommodation only 7 minutes from town. Resident cat was the highlight! Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Very lovely to watch the sunrise and sunset from our cottage. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in area.

    Tasty things offered for breakfast and generous amounts 😃 Friendly and helpful hosts - they shared information about the area and clearly wanted to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation was in a good position with views over farmland and set in a pretty garden. Handy for the town of Otorohanga and easy access to places of interest

    The accommodation is cosy, but was perfect for my husband and I. It was lovely and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, I didn’t really want to get out of bed and could have easily stayed another night. It is a quiet location and the owner, who was very lovely, and only checked on us once to ensure we were comfortable.
