Detta hotell ligger idealiskt, knappt 3 km från Pearson International Airport i Mississauga, Ontario. Flygplatstransfer erbjuds på begäran. Great location, amazing breakfast buffet, very warm staff, definitely good value for money, was able to utilize a shuttle, and the room was a great size, with comfortable bed, amenities and great temperature. In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Harman at the front desk. I spent 17.5 hours traveling from Delhi to Toronto, my connection in Toronto was canceled due to a winter storm. I needed to book a room quickly and just really wanted some rest. Harmon showed me the empathy, grace, customer service and that Canadian kindness that I needed. She got me into my room, wished me luck with dealing rebooking my flight and was open to provide any other services in case I needed to extend my stay in Toronto. I will never forget that kindness. And I look forward to making this my hotel of choice when I am in Toronto in the future.

The shuttle bus that goes to the airport and back every 30mins The friendly staff most esp Lorna and the kid that checked us in. I forgot his name but he had curly hair and thin in stature.
