The location is nice as it is next to a tram stop that goes to the center in 10 minutes, so is very practical. Also the rom was very nice, with a comfortable kitchen, bathroom and beds, with enough space and very clean and nice.

The room was really nice, had air conditioning, a small kitchen with a fridge and a water heater, a TV with chrome cast and a nice bathroom. The hotel is located quite nicely, 10-15 min walk to la place de la Comédie and a 5 min walk to the nearest tram station (nouveau Roch). I really liked my stay!

The room was comfortable and had all the amenities listed. The small kitchen and sitting area were a nice surprise. Although the entry is within view of the train station, we never heard a sound from the trains or the trams in the street. The breakfast was copious and served in a nice environment.
