The property owners are absolutely amazing: friendly and extremely accommodating to nearly every wish/need of the guests. Speaking with Gloria i like meeting a long-time friend ... she always smiled and patiently offered a solution or an advice we could use. Due to extreme heat, the fridge in our unit developed a problem and we got an instant replacement despite the fact that it was 6:30 om on Friday. A truly great level of service! We also liked the proximity to local restaurants, including those on the beach.

    Location and Quality of the Apartment is excellent! The Hotel Manager, Emanuele was super friendly and very helpful with tips and advice. Also, there are vending machines at the locations for snacks and drinks.

    The apartment is in a great location on the edge of Desenzano del Garda. Most people in the other apartments were Italian families- some resident some coming for weekends. There was a family feel around the pool, no noise or rowdy behaviour - very relaxing. The apartment is equipped with the basics for a self catering holiday for 2- 4 would be a squeeze.

    We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It is set up perfectly for a self catering holiday. The location is convenient to get into town. We very much appreciated the prompt communications from the host, all our queries were answered, and we were kindly picked up and taken to the station. Also we were rescued when caught in the rain and no chance to get a taxi. It's a highlight to have such nice hosts.

    Self catering and everything essential was available. Host was exceptionally helpful. Good location - close to the centre of the town, but not too close. Found an excellent coffee bar on the lake front. Particularly enjoyed the very efficient ferry boats for easy access to other places.

    Excellent serviced apartments in a great location. Small kitchen in the room with all facilities including a small electric stove, microwave and kettle. Clean rooms with a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the sunsets. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and check out. The pool was also clean and so lovely. Lift access to all floors available. Great stay! Would definitely return.

    Perfect holiday accommodation for families. Beautifully clean, very comfortable beds with all the facilities you could need in a self catering property. Good to have 2 bathrooms. The terrace is amazing at night overlooking the lake and a short walk to the lake. Approximately 10 mins walk to bars and restaurants. The hosts were so kind, accommodating and helpful.

    Well equipped self-catering apartment. Lots of attention to detail is evidence of a good understanding of guest’s needs. A lovely outside patio adds value. Ideal for 2 people but we were 3 and it was not too cramped with the sofa bed. Good communication ensured a smooth self book-inn. Lots of additional info ensure a pleasant stay. Lovely fruit and veg around the corner as well as a bakery and delicatessen. Eat-in was therefore easy but lots of restaurants within walking distance as well.
