The energy level of the staff at RR is amazing. Special mention to Umesh, Bawan and Fayaz from house keeping who worked with my schedule to keep the room tidy. But overall, everyone of the staff was great. This in stark contrast to the awful experience I had at my first hotel in Al Barsha. Even before I checked in, I had a positive impression of the hotel when they promptly arranged for early check-in on my request. I had earlier planned to stay my last week in Dubai at a different location, but being impressed with RR, I extended my stay after consulting Aziz at the front desk who diligently advised me on the options and made sure that extending was far better option than to move to the next location:) Whenever I'm going to return to Dubai, RR will have my booking.

Everything about it the hotel is unbelievably exceptional. The apartment space, interior, view, cleanliness is superb. The staff are very nice and professional. Avani is an absolute gem.

The Hotel and room was very clean. The stuff was very welcoming and helpful, we arrived late in the night and check-in was very fast and we were welcomed with a nice card and fruits. The room was cleaned every day, and there was always a lot of bottles of water. We really enjoyed great views of the Dubai Marina from the infinity pool.
