Very clean! Everything is brand new! Wonderful location. There is a Carrefour hypermarket across the street. Quiet area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they also made concessions and helped us with some issues. Free convenient parking. We really liked the garden at the hotel, as well as how the whole property was decorated. Everything looked 10/10 like in the photos when booking! Totally recommend

OSTAY -Dubai mall-The Residence se encuentra a 400 metros del centro de Dubái y a 8 min a pie de Fuente de Dubái. The location is very good. Direct access to Dubai Mall. Staff at the coffee house were very attentive and helpful during our breakfast. And the staff cleaning the room were also very pro-active. In the evening they will come by and ask if we need anything.

Very nice and stylish apartment, everything was completely new. Good and clean facilities in the building with a nice pool and gym. Just a throw away from everything in Marina Walk, 1 minute walk to JBR beach, Grocery in the house. Felt like home very soon. The communication with the host was perfect. They are very nice people and they took care of everything we needed or asked. We can an highly recommend the place and we definitely would return any time!
