It is well-situated, was so close to the main street and metro. There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel. The staff was so friendly. Rooms were clean and confortable.

Everything was perfect especially proximity to metro station and supermarket. There are lots of places to charge our phones. There are two bathrooms so it was very good for four of us. Self check in and check out were very useful abd easy. Luggage room was also very safe.

This 3-star apartment hotel is situated in the chestnut tree-lined Klosterallee avenue in Hamburg’s elegant Harvestehude district, near the Alster Lake. I had a small room, but it was nicely equipped - there was a kitchen and a desk suited for work. Room was clean. Location for me was great - there are a lot of restaurants nearby and metro station is not that far. Even though I haven't met any of the staff, I felt very welcome there.

Great concept of the hotel, obviously they thought about all necessary things while constructing the hotel. There is practically everything available inside from bar, garage, open space parking area, fitness, washing and drying machines on every floor, great housekeeping and reception team, small shop with snacks, drinks, toothbrushes and everything a world traveller needs. Especially I would like to mention Mr. Henry, guy with the glasses and blond hair and the lady and gentlemen working in the night shift. They made my long term stay very pleasant and unique. Behind the hotel there is a beautiful park with running tracks and just across the hotel there are bus stop as well as bike rental service (only 12 eur per day) or electrical skiro to be rented. Definitely one of the best and great price value new hotels in Hamburg. The beds are super comfortable, bathroom extra big with a walk in shower. The only thing I would put my remark is the fact that they clean the room and change the bed sheets after 8 nights and that the wi-fi keeps logging out after a longer use however the quality of the wi-fi is great. Keep on with the good job👍

The apartment is big and clean with a nice small kitchennet and everything that you might need for a short stay. The concierge was superfriendly. The place is less than 5 mins from the U3. There were two adults and two kids, and there was enough place for everyone. Kids slept on the bed and said that it was like sleeping on the cloud.We slept on the sofa, and it was also very comfy. There is a crocery store right around the corner.
