This 3-star apartment hotel is situated in the chestnut tree-lined Klosterallee avenue in Hamburg’s elegant Harvestehude district, near the Alster Lake. I had a small room, but it was nicely equipped - there was a kitchen and a desk suited for work. Room was clean. Location for me was great - there are a lot of restaurants nearby and metro station is not that far. Even though I haven't met any of the staff, I felt very welcome there.

There are supermarkets, bio market and backer in 5 minute walking distance. Easy to travel to all areas of the city with one or at most two busses. Bus stop is in one minute walking distance. Staff can talk English and all are helpful. This hotel is new, modern, minimalist and clean. Next time we will stay here again.

My room was great, clean and with good facilities, the location of the hotel was very good because it was near the train station, but there were no shops or supermarkets around the hotel.

The size of the room, decoration, matrasess, the variety of the utensiles were very satisfied. Also the location was not the city center, but close to the s-bahn station. There is a shopping mall close to the apartment040 and the neighborhood made us also feel very safe.
