I had a problem with the airco so they apologized and upgraded me from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. My father got sick there and they offered their help and pointed me to the doctor. I came with a broken luggage and the took it and repaired it for me. The hotel is so clean, the service is perfect. The location in Dokki is amazing. I highly recommend it

Everything smelled incredible, the room was quiet. No sign of the chaos of Cairo. The residence is in a partially gated community and accessible to both downtown Cairo and the airport in under 30 minutes. Mall across the street. The staff were incredibly accommodating - we had mistakenly reserved a day later than needed and they were glad to accommodate our change without any charge. Having breakfast in the morning by the pool is a great way to start the day. Wonderful experience. Fully recommend.
