The hospitality of the staff is exceptional. I had a problem with the airco so they apologized and upgraded me from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. My father got sick there and they offered their help and pointed me to the doctor. I came with a broken luggage and the took it and repaired it for me. The hotel is so clean, the service is perfect. The location in Dokki is amazing. I highly recommend it

Beautiful large room with a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Everything smelled incredible, the room was quiet. No sign of the chaos of Cairo. The residence is in a partially gated community and accessible to both downtown Cairo and the airport in under 30 minutes. Mall across the street. The staff were incredibly accommodating - we had mistakenly reserved a day later than needed and they were glad to accommodate our change without any charge. Having breakfast in the morning by the pool is a great way to start the day. Wonderful experience. Fully recommend.

The villa has a beautiful garden space and pool, stylist rooms with lots of space, comfortable and clean. Staff are extremely helpful. The area is peaceful and quiet. Close to supermarkets and shopping malls. Would definitely stay again!
