This is a new build apartment with very nice sea view. Very close to the beach. The market is not too close, but you can eat and drink in the bar at the pool. We had breakfast here. It was delicious. The owner and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If we had any question, always got answer and they helped us. When we arrived, we got welcome drink (tsipouro) and sweets, and when we left the apartment, we got water and fruits for the trip. :) In the apartment is new everything and furnished with good taste. Here is a small kitchen with some equipment. It was enough for us, because we did not cook here. In the bathroom was liquid soap for hand and body too, and hairdryer. Everywhere was clean, and they changed the towels and cleaned the apartment every two days. The city is small, but nice. On Saturday was a Greek dance performance in the park, what was very nice. We were able to try the Greek dance. Overall we had a great time here. We come back as soon as possible.

Hosts were very nice and friendly. There is a playground where kids can have some fun and a nice sitting area with few sunbeds where you can hang out. It is perfect that it has a parking that is provided by the property because I expect that during the peak of the season it could be a challenging thing to find a parking on the street.

El Alios Gaia - Seaside Apartments se encuentra a 150 metros de la playa de Nikiti y ofrece jardín, terraza y alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. Everything was perfect, the hosts are very helpful and nice, the apartment is very clean, everything is the same as on the pictures presented, the kitchen has everything you need, impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the hosts, Katerina is available any time for any question :)
