The location was perfect, close to all amenities and felt really safe. The host was magnificent in offering quality information about the area and possible excursions. The view from the cabins are breathtaking looking on the ocean, villages and cliffs. There are good local and more touristy restaurants in the area. Parking on location was easy. There is a really nice pool, a basketball/tennis court. BBQ are available with some wood and a nice common area with cooking facilities. We had an exceptional stay at Casa da Galeria. The staff were a real delight and very welcoming, the service of a palace, no less! We read that the breakfast was excellent and had high expectations that were not only met but exceded. Now let's talk about the architecture and the art, everything in every nook and corners were of such good taste, everything was pleasing to look at. If you hesitate, don't! Treat yourself and stay at Casa da Galeria, you won't be disappointed! Muito obrigado!

We had plenty of parking spots too, and the private sauna was truly enjoyable!

The rooms themselves are super nicely decorated and modern, the breakfast in the morning offers local products and can be customized to one‘s liking, there is nice restaurantes as well as a beach close by, it really has it all! Most outstanding though is the super helpful and friendly customer service. We had some issues with our rental car and received outstanding help right away early in the morning. We would defined stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation on Sao Miguel :)
