All the comodities were great, the bedrooms were clean and confortable. Tu Tu and her family were all amazing with us. They are all super kind and helpful and want to make sure everything in our stay goes well. Tu Tu reached out to us some weeks before to make sure we would choose the appropriate activities for us, and we think we couldn't have chosen better without her help. Furthermore she even drove us by moto for a quick urgence to the minimarket, and joined us to the post office since we were getting a lot of difficulties in the other post offices because of the language barrier. They really make sure everyone's stay goes perfectly.

The stay at Karst Villas was unforgettable. The location is extremely beautiful and quiet, a little bit away from the city, so peace and relaxation are guaranteed. The rooms are clean and tidy with wonderful views from the windows. And the biggest advantage of this place is the people. The owner and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, both in arranging the arrival to the place in the middle of the night and in booking the tours, taking care of and helping in any way they could. And finally, I must mention that we had some of the most delicious meals in all of Vietnam.
