Very comfortable, warm and clean accommodation. Quiet family place, where house rules are respected. It is located on a mountain near the ski slopes, high where the air is clean. We picked up the keys from the key locker so we didn't have to rush. We had excellent communication with the host. When making a reservation, I made a mistake and booked for 2 adults instead of 2 adults and 3 children, so it was prepared for 2 people, but the host delivered additional bedding for 3 children in 20 minutes. A free garage is located near the apartment, about 15 meters from the building.

Amazing view from the balcony! Living room arranged in a way that you can enjoy views both while eating and relaxing on the sofa! This was giving such an amazing start in a day! Whole appartment really comfortable with fully equiped kitchen and nice bedrooms.

Superb location. Spacious apartment. Owner's attention to detail. Key pick up and drop off. Ski to door. Disney+. Extra touches like dog food and bowl, toiletries etc.

We had great time in Gerlitzen, apartment was very clean and tidy, and it was very close to ski track. It has balcony with beautiful view and we will definitely come back next time. Also there were some beers left for a cheap price which saved as from driving up and down the mountain :) just for the food if you like to cook bring enough with you, as there is no shop around.

Met our expectations, got the right directions from the host about location, picking the keys and using the card for the road and everything was perfect. Clean, warm and comfortable, possibility to use spa and restaurant in the next building. Free parking. We did not have a need to use the car during our stay as the slopes and the mountain is next to the complex.
