Oh, so quiet, spotlessly clean, super comfortable and makings for continental breakfast. This accommodation has thought of everything - screened windows that open, proper cotton sheets top and bottom, appropriate covers, two bedside tables with lamps and coasters - a ceiling fan and reverse cycle AC if needed. Separate bathroom and kitchen/dining area add to the quality of this stay. Easy drive to Sheffield, Latrobe, Tasmania and surrounds, Truffledore worth a visit too. Great position for day walks on Mt Roland with Cradle Mountain NP close by. Relax and enjoy.

Best BnB ever. Kerry is a gem of a host. Everything was perfect. And I mean really everything. Starting from the communication with detailed and easy to understand directions on how to get to her house / the BnB up to the BnB itself with really EVERYTHING you need. Plates, cuttlery, pots, pans, even a steamer (!) for veggies. There was also some salt and pepper so you could easily cook yourself a complete meal. There is also a very basic but great breakfast with toast, butter, jam, porridge, and some cereal, milk and tea. Room is spacious, the bathroom is clean and modern. I really could not find one single thing that was not great or perfect. Besides this, Kerry is just a sweet person, giving tips and hints for hikes and what to do in the area and we also were allowed to pet her foster kittens 😊 We have never been in a better BnB and you could see that she put a lot of heart and mind into this BnB. Where other hosts just provide a BnB which is okayish, you will fell home at Kerrys BnB. The area is super quite and you will get a great night sleep. Thank you Kerry.

This was our favorite place to stay in Tasmania! I wish we'd been able to stay more than one night. We came from a cold, windy, wet hike on Cradle Mountain to this wonderful haven. So many thoughtful touches like the fire setup, cozy bathrobes, a great tea selection, wine and beer available for purchase (really reasonably!) In the den, an incredibly comfortable bed with an electric blanket and so much great information about where to eat and things to do in the area. The place was amazing! Can't wait to come back.

Neil, the host made us very welcome. He is very friendly and good for a chat. He left us some treats on the table :) I accidentally left my housekeys behind and he was kind enough to post it to me without charge. The accommodation is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. It is located in the centre of Sheffield. Its close to all the services. I would highly recommend this place!
