Separate bathroom and kitchen/dining area add to the quality of this stay. Easy drive to Sheffield, Latrobe, Tasmania and surrounds, Truffledore worth a visit too. Great position for day walks on Mt Roland with Cradle Mountain NP close by. Relax and enjoy.

This was our favorite place to stay in Tasmania! I wish we'd been able to stay more than one night. We came from a cold, windy, wet hike on Cradle Mountain to this wonderful haven. So many thoughtful touches like the fire setup, cozy bathrobes, a great tea selection, wine and beer available for purchase (really reasonably!) In the den, an incredibly comfortable bed with an electric blanket and so much great information about where to eat and things to do in the area. The place was amazing! Can't wait to come back.

Neil, the host made us very welcome. He is very friendly and good for a chat. He left us some treats on the table :) I accidentally left my housekeys behind and he was kind enough to post it to me without charge. The accommodation is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. It is located in the centre of Sheffield. Its close to all the services. I would highly recommend this place!
