LOT of space. It's about 4 times a normal hotel room with similar pricing. In the front, there is a kitchen (with all the equipment, including a gas cooker) and a living room with sofas & a TV, and in the back (separated by a door), there was a bedroom and a Study/Office Room.
Great central location - 2 min walking distance to Gulshan 1 Circle.
Breakfast is good. Few selections, not much. But, the staff makes it great with their service.
Overall, the service is really great (there's always somebody to open the doors for you, etc.)

Residential area with high security, calm and peaceful surroundings. Full amenities are ensured, all sorts of facilities are provided one can even ask for. Nearer to the largest shopping mall, Jamuna Future Park; easy access to the dhaka elevated expressway for the daily commute. Last but not the least, this is a spacious apartment exactly similar as per the images shown and the host is responsive as well as caring despite being in another time zone. Great value for money I would say, strongly recommended.

It was a lovely stay in one of these apartments with a lake view. The hotel is relatively quiet compared to the noisy Gulshan district. The numerous hotel staff made the stay very pleasant.
The restaurant and the quiet open terrace were a pleasure to drink a cappuccino in the afternoon.
From the rooftop you have a lovely view of the city and I was also able to use some of the equipment in the gym from time to time.
The manager, Mr. Roy, is a very pleasant person and was always in touch when you needed something, be it an airport transfer, etc.
