Fabulous small apartment with a wonderful, friendly owner. Everything perfectly clean and working. Beautiful "rain" shower, that you can walk into without stepping over a tub. Big plus. Full kitchen with full-sized fridge, everything perfect. Beautiful balcony. Nice, quiet bedroom with comfy beds. Couch pulled out into an additional bed, very comfortable as well. All lighting was really nice, bright but nice tones, no harsh LED or some such. Everything in the flat was clean and new. Fabulous air conditioning that worked extremely well. Owner friendly, responsive and helpful. Key system worked easily and perfectly. Location a little out of the way, but well served by trolley line and taxi service.

Apartments are well equipped, and equipment is quite new. Quite place. Comfortable furniture. Easy and comfortable check in/out. The location is quite original - it’s real “loft” in the former Bat’a factory area. So walking path from the center, especially in the dark, is unforgettable :) But it is well illuminated and safe, no complains so far.

The staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious (I could even park the stroller in the bathroom!) and beds are large. Carpets in the rooms and curtains in windows (the hotel is next to the block of flats). Checkin and checkout went smooth. Breakfast was ok (150 CZK/person), I liked the cakes. The parking lot is in front of the hotel. Bata's houses and the bike path (7,5km to ZOO) very close to the hotel is a nice bonus.

With a separate entrance, own kitchen and bathroom we were completely independent. The little apartment was great for downtime sitting in the kitchen and self-catering. The house is in a quiet residential area (with an uphill walk there), walking distance to the city centre. It is useful to prepare the phrases you need, as the host doesn't speak English (which didn't create any inconvenience for us) The kitchen features photos of the Czech celebrities who have stayed there before :)
