We stayed in these apartments for a week at the end of October. We only have very good memories. Firstly, I would like to say a special thank you to the owner of the apartment, all questions of interest were answered before arrival and after arrival she came, showed and told everything. It was very easy for us. The apartment is very convenient both in location and for living. Everything is very very clean, there is enough of everything. I would especially like to mention the terrace in the apartment. Morning coffee on the terrace was unforgettable. There are a supermarket and a bakery near the apartment. To the metro at a slow pace of 7-10 minutes. To the train station about 15 minutes on foot. We noticed that from our metro station to many locations it was 30-40 minutes by metro, no more. In terms of safety, this area is normal. One day we returned very late, we had a child with us and there were no problems. Bottom line, I would really like these apartments to be popular. The price-quality ratio is at the highest level! Thanks a lot for our holydays.

Loved the apartment very cute, cozy and in a quite area. Everything you need in a tiny apartment for a few nights stay. Fantastic place to relax after a day out in the city and chill. Nearby convenient shops. Host very lovely and great communication. Overall really loved the stay!

I had communicated my arrival time via WhatsApp and the host arrived at that time. He was very friendly and guided us smoothly how to use a key and transponder to open the apartment room but for the parking gate. Rooms which were well decorated by the host are very clean, stylish and perfectly spacious(it was good opportunity to enjoy a typical Paris life). He is so kind enough to recommend local attractions without my asking and share directions to the nearest station etc. If I have the opportunity to visit Paris with my family again, I would stay this condo again.

This apartment ist very beautiful. Sonia was very friendly and explained us everything. She even went with us to show us the supermarket. The apartment is very clean & super safe. We have nothing to complain about. It also just takes 5-10 minutes to get to the metro station „hoche“. It was a lovely stay in paris!

The apartment is perfect for visiting the city, the bedroom is large, the kitchen and sitting area just enough, bathroom fully renovated, so it works perfect. We had everything we needed. (including shopping bags) The heater worked, the water was hot, the beds were comfortable. The apartment had everything that we needed for our 3 nights stay. Getting to the center was easy with the metro which is in distance of about 10 minutes walk. This is a great place to stay in Paris with family. Great communication with the host! David gave us excellent instructions how to get the keys and was very responsive.
