Situated within 200 metres of Plage du Ruhl and 300 metres of Plage du Centenaire in the centre of Nice, Residence Akantha features accommodation with free WiFi and a kitchenette.

The whole experience was amazing! The room is brand new and a lot more beautiful than in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and the aircon worked perfect. The balcony was great for having breakfast and the kitchen has everything you need. And on top the lady who welcomed us was the most sweet and helpful I’ve ever experienced! She even helped us carry our heavy luggage from the corner of the street to the apartment. And she offers free cleaning of the apartment. Also the owner is a very nice and Kind person. You cannot go wrong in booking this apartment.

Sea view - Promenade des Anglais is a beachfront property situated in Nice, a few steps from Plage Poincare and 100 metres from Plage Magnan.

The property was in a very good locations, perfect sea views. The unit was very clean and modern, very tastefully decorated, and everything we needed for our stay. Amazing balcony to view the spectacular Nice sunrises Susana was extremely helpful and a wonderful person, thanks again, Susana!

We had a great time staying at Le Melsono whilst in Nice. The location was outstanding for us. A short walk to the beach, all the restaurants and the also the old town. The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped for our 5 night stay. Sami (the host) was exceptional, extremely responsive, friendly, good communication.

Villa le Nid, apartament a Niça

Offering garden views, Villa le Nid is an accommodation situated in Nice, 2.1 km from Plage du Ruhl and 2.1 km from Plage du Centenaire.

The apartment has an elegant 2-level loft layout that provides a lot of space. The facilities (kitchen, laundry, etc) were completely sufficient for our 6-day stay. The attached balcony is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea or wine. The overall atmosphere was excellent with a nice outdoor garden and tasteful decoration inside. While being fairly close to the city center, transportation and restaurants, the apartment was very quiet. It was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Finally, the owner Jean-Luc was one of the nicest, friendliest hosts we've ever met!

Nice Seaview Free Parking 4.Pers, apartament a Niça

Set within the Les Baumettes district in Nice, Nice Lenval Seaview Free Parking has air conditioning, a terrace, and sea views.

It was the best choise, we made. Everything was so close. The beach, the bakery, the pharmacy, the shops, the tram/bus, hospital but luckily we dont need that. And you have a free parking space in the parking lot about 50m from you. That was priceless. In Nice the parking spaces and just only moving with cars, its terribble. And at the end, i need to say some word about Mr. Tran, he is a very friendly, very helpful, very profound/ accurate man. At his apartment, we had everything, when i say everything, i mean everything. For example : Water in the fridge, salt, olive oils, cooking dishes, wasching machine, hair dryer, bread baker, water boiler (hot water maker for tea) coffe things, bed sheets, etc. A lot of useful things. The Winnie the Pooh book was a big favorite at our child Oh child bed, child seat for eating. So, i can say 1000 more words. But the bottom lines, its very very RECOMMENDED, when you want to stay in Nice. Thanks!

    Bon esmorzar bufet molt complet, habitació gran i tot molt net. Està a les afores de Niça (zona Aeroport) però a pocs metres es pot agafar el tranvia per anar al centre en 22'. També ideal per entrar i sortir de Niça amb cotxe per visitar altres ciutats o pobles. Piscina gran.

    És un hotel on les famílies ens sentim a gust. La piscina és suficient per poder fer un bany i l'esmorzar és molt correcte. Tot i no tenir parking al mateix hotel, treballen amb el parking de davant l'hotel (de molt fàcil accés), que inclús tenen càrrega per vehicle elèctric gratuitament.

    Molt bona ubicació, a escassos minuts de l'avinguda principal de Niça i a 10 minuts de la platja. Apartament ideal per passar uns dies a la ciutat en parella, amb cuina i rentadora. Lloc per aparcar al voltant. L'amo del pis, el Sébastien, és molt atent i servicial.
