There was a big comfy bed with plenty of pillows, and a well-stocked kitchenette that was easy to use. I was within easy walking distance for the local busses (particularly the 21/21a to Barnstaple and 15/15a to Atlantic Village, the latter of which cut my walk to the village of Littleham down to a manageable mile and a half) and it was easy to be dropped off by car within sight of the door. I enjoyed sitting at the sewing-machine table with my breakfast and my book.

El alojamiento está situado en un entorno muy bonito y está muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y como en tu propia casa. El detalle de los huevos frescos, la mantequilla y mermelada para desayunar. Se nota que miran los detalles para que nos encontremos a gusto. Y esto lo confirma el libro que tiene para escribir sus mensajes las personas que van pasando. La relación calidad-precio es excepcional. Estuvieron perfectamente pendientes para explicarnos cómo llegar al sitio pues el lugar está un poco apartado. Pero con sus indicaciones, a pesar de la inmensa lluvia que caía no tuvimos ningún problema. Este sitio es perfecto para disfrutar su entorno unos cuantos días más y recorrer la zona. La tranquilidad era absoluta. Los paisajes maravillosos, los niños alucinaban con las alpacas.

(Long review) (not affiliated in any way) Firstly the chalet was very clean, had everything you need and was spacious. The beds where comfortable and the sofa pulls out as a good sized bed. The communication between myself and the owner was great. The chalet is possibly the best located accommodation on the site If you have children it’s next to the park, next to the pools and the entertainment/restaurant is a stones throw, we enjoyed the evening entertainment and even watched a movie on a big screen one pleasant night. If no children the chalet is surprisingly quiet. The parking is a small walk but really not to bad and the little shop is really close. The only thing I regret was spending £53 on the entertainment passes as were not needed (this has nothing to do with the chalet. And was completely optional)

I cannot say enough how perfect this little studio was! The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, even bringing up some extra toiletries which we forgot to bring along. Although it was small, the attention to detail was impeccable. The bathroom was bright and modern. All of the kitchen cabinets were incredibly well stocked and organized. There was plenty of tea and coffee, as well as fresh local milk in the fridge and a little selection of treats from a nearby bakery. We also had the most delicious dinner of our entire holiday at The Farmers Arms down the street - the food and atmosphere were exceptional. My husband and I would 10/10 stay here again, and we'll recommend it to friends visiting Cornwall.

The Snug was homely, exceptionally clean and warm. The addition of the games room was a lovely touch and the surrounding grounds were beautiful and wonderfully dog friendly. Chris & Carol were warm, friendly, very accommodating and welcoming. The welcome pack of eggs, milk, bread and a cream tea on arrival was a lovely thought and made us feel at home immediately, so much so we ended up staying another night 😁
