Everything was perfect from start to Finish. The location was close enough to the city Center, and in a walkable distance. The apartment was located on a new 40 storeys Tower ( our apartment was on the 26th floor). Beautiful views day and night of the whole of Birmingham. The check in process was smooth and punctual, and the check out was easy as well. The Perfect stay Team, kept checking every so often if everything was ok. The apartment was a new, comfortable living area, fully equipped and new kitchen, 2 bedrooms with very nice double beds and ensuite bathrooms for both of them. Definitely a rebook if in Birmingham again.

Very organised and spent only less than a minute in the door and one staff came and help us to escorted to the room and did a tour and brief us. Her service was exemplary and with a good attitude and smile. Good eye contact as well

We really enjoyed our stay in the Amber suite. It was very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. Great location with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Free parking a bonus. Highly recommended

The bungalow was lovely, it is furnished to a high standard and has all little extras like tea/coffee/shower gel making our stay comfortable. There is off street secure parking and it is in a good location, communication with host and check in/our was really easy. Overall we’d highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again when we return to Birmingham.

We stayed overnight last May 27-28. The place is near everything. Malls, Restau and beautiful places of Birmingham. We are family of four and we really enjoyed our stay. Spacious, clean and the owner is very approachable and nice.. For sure we will go back❤️❤️
