The location was excellent just a 5 minute stroll from the centre of Rye. The lovely hosts supplied so many extras including chocolates on the bed and bread for toast and fresh fruit etc. for breakfast. The flat was underneath the bungalow in the picture down some steps and was spotlessly clean and comfy. We will book again as we love Rye!

    The flat is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and even closer to several shops and bus stops for Rye and Lydd. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the milk and bread when we arrived and had access to tea and coffee and fruit. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had an issue with the bath plug getting stuck and a fire alarm battery needed replacing - the host was very responsive and sorted it out the next day.

    Beautifully presented holiday home! Our ‘3G’ group loved our stay here. So comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It was lovely to have tea and cake when we arrived! About 10 mins walk to the outstanding beach, either over the dunes or along Old Lydd Rd for flatter access. Easy drive to Rye and Dungeness. Great communication with the owners.

    This was self catering but the welcome pack included milk tea and cake which was very nice. The bedrooms were lovely and there was a downstairs loo. The location was very good, close to the beach and great if you have a dog.

    Everything was great so close to where my family who were there for a freestyle dance festival were staying. Short walk to the venue. The caravan had everything you needed. Richard and Sarah thank you for letting me stay in your amazing home. Plus if you will have us we will be back next year
