We liked the interior which has a warm and cozy feeling. It was clean with all the ameneties needed for a long stay. Big enough for the two of us. Super location close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the train station. We enjoyed the balcony and the channel view.

Very cozy, clean, well equipped and spacious apartment recently renovated and beautiful, also ideal for the couple. Very good location in the city center, near Leiden central station, beautiful view on the river. Easy reservation, good communication with the renter. The supermarket is just opposite to the apartment. It is very convenient. The owner has kept ample amount of food and drinks, so that we don't have to go out to search for food on the day of arrival.

Very nice spacious room in a very nice location. Self checkin. Comfortable bed. Big room with table. We loved the mini kitchen outside the room. You can cook a simple meal. (One cooktoop) Free nespresso coffee! Supermarket close by.

Leiden is a beautiful little city. Familie Quellhorst is in a surprisingly convenient location to the shopping center of Leiden (very short walk over). The little apartment feels like a home away from home -- it is cheery, cozy, comfortable, and equipped with a kitchen and a generously sized table in the living room that we used to play board games/card games on. Every morning we were greeted by the host's chickens on our way out of the gate. The Dutch stairs on the property are odd if you're not used to them, but it was fun to get used to navigating them as they showed up all through the Netherlands throughout our stay. The property is quiet in the morning -- you can watch people as they go by on their bikes and hear the birds singing and the church bells ringing as you wake up. This, for us, was a picturesque, peaceful, and soul-soothing stay, and we couldn't be happier with the place.

Really well equipped with everything possible one can need during the stay. Probably recently renovated appartment as everything inside seemed brand new (furniture and electrical appliances). Very clean and spatious appartment in a quiet neighbourhood about 10-15 minutes walk from city center.
