Everything was great, specially the location and the services at disposal like pool, sauna, big children room full of toys, children playground etc. The personnel was really helpful. Comfortable beds. We liked especially the fact that there was a washing machine we could use (not directly in the flat) and that we could store our bicycles in the garage. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

Ilse the receptionist was very helpful and kind and fluently speaks english which is a big + We got the exact same room as booked (penthouse for 8 persons) with huge balcony and spectacular view to the mountains and the infinity pool. Room was clean, huge, modern, well equipped. Smart TV was good to watch some netflix movies and play songs from our youtube channels. There was nothing we missed. Pool is heated, sauna was great. We didn't order fresh bakery stuff in the mornings, but there is an option. Heated separate room for the ski stuff.
