The house has an excellent location to the center of Nicosia. I had one of the best stays in Cyprus and the house was clean, spacious and very cozy. We had also an excellent support from the owner, he helped us instantly to whatever we asked him.

Beautifull, very comfortable apartment, with a spacious bathroom and terrace. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, comfortable beds. Our private terrace was overlooking a street and a garage on the other side, but we used the shared terrace on the other side a lot, looking towards lovely orchard and mountain side. Conveniently located very close to an adventure park and walking distance from old Kakopetria. Kakopetria in general is a beautifull place, most unexpectedly :)

Julia's Residence offers accommodation in the greek area of Nicosia, in a short distance from the old town of Nicosia and 1 km from Nicosia old aqueduct. Comfy modern apartment with all facilities. Spotless clean. The host has been extremely cooperative and flexible when I had to change my arrival times. Can only recommend it. Super!

Boasting a spa centre and indoor swimming pool, Nicosia Central Park Residences is set in the heart of Nicosia. It also includes a 24-hour concierge service, fitness centre. Location was incredible for nearby restaurants, the apartment was spacious, well-fitted and spotlessly clean! Staff on site 24 hours a day were incredibly friendly and helpful.
