Everything was brand new, spacious and well designed. Kitchen was fully equipped with some basic condiments available - oil, vinegar, tea, coffee. There was even an espresso machine for ground coffee (no capsules). We only needed a code to enter, so coming in late was not a problem. I really enjoyed the stay!

Location was perfect for walks, pub just up the track. Beautifully done out and fantastic coffee for a small donation in the communal area. The owner was very approachable and helpful. There was a sauna( which we didn’t use) and a lovely natural plunge pool( did use) in the garden. Beds very comfortable. It was perfect for us.

The beautiful nature and the magnificent ski area enhanced by the excellent accommodation made such a great impression on us that after three weeks we returned to Karlova Studánka for a long weekend. They were very understanding, we were there early because of bad weather and they even let us in before time. The stay itself was great as well, everything was clean, the location was good, and the place was well equipped.
