These modern and luxurious studios and apartments are located in the central Mitte district of Berlin. Each one offers a loggia (covered balcony) or a terrace with views of greenery and the vibrant city centre. I stayed for 3 nights with my 2 children and mother. Perfect location, central parts of Berlin within walking distance, clean and modern apartment. Close to tram- and train station. Small, but well planned. Air-conditioning worked great and there was no noise. Towels/toilet paper/some dishwasher tablets included. Nespresso machine and bread roaster, well equipped kitchen. We had a tiny balcony. We were all very happy with the apartment and would happily come back.

Museum Island is 1 km from the property. The receptionists were quite polite, professional, helpful and helped with nuanced requests (i.e. instructions on how to use a a cable for internet). Room was designed by an artist. Nice to know that ARR supports local artists. Wish it was well kept (i.e. seems like things were taken from the design, sad!). Loved the velvet window shades, very luxurious look. I liked the little kitchennette, useful for ordering food to have in. The location was lively and happening, lots of really good cafes, restaurants, being in Mitte. I really like the option for both card access to the hotel but also number/digit entry into the room. The mattress was excellent and super comfortable and firm. Had a great nights rest!
