I would like to thank him very much for his generosity and kindness and it was a pleasure meeting him.

The service lady was hardworking. The location was as we expected = close to the GEM and the Pyramids. If we compare the price and services we were enthusiastic! The furnishings of the common areas were tasteful and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped! The porter was always on time. He handed over the keys, helped with the suitcases. He was very willing.
