The property is situated 26 km from Launceston Castle, 33 km from Restormel Castle and 35 km from Eden Project. Pristine clean, host are the kindest people, the place looks just renovated and tastefully decorated. The kitchenette with fridge and microwave is very handy. It was very nice to have a small jar of milk for the morning coffee in the fridge (also tea, coffee, cookies and clean dishes). The shower is perfect, bed is comfy and the area is quiet (since the area is very rural).

Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The annex was the ideal place and location for our first holiday. It was spotless and had all the things we needed, plus the fabulous welcome basket included! The hosts were more than welcoming, offering great suggestions of places to eat and activities. The location is a rural paradise, with sheep and horses surrounding it to say hello! Not a car in sight and guests have the major perk of being a few minutes walk from the local West Kernick tea garden business; serving fresh, home cooked meals with indoor and outdoor seating! Definitely worth a visit if you plan on staying!

The Garden Room is beautiful and a credit to the building skills of Izzy's husband Rob, wished I'd remembered to ask about the very unusual but fantastic floor in the bathroom. Izzie left a selection of chocolates and biscuits which my wife ate.
