The property has an outdoor dining area. The property is on a farm among a few buildings. The directions come via email and you have to have it at the ready before entering or else you end up on the entirely wrong side of the farm, as I did, going off memory. It was a beautiful farm and very peaceful. The photo in the posting shows two buildings, which the Groom’s Cottage is on the far right of the right building, actually not visible in the photo because of the tree. It’s a little confusing with no signage. I really do not enjoy taking luggage upstairs but when in England…. The host provided breakfast but I was not able to take advantage. The sleeping area was spacious, the bathroom was comfortable. I appreciated the water pressure but the mirror could be lowered a bit for the petite visitors.

The heated under floor was sensational. I forgot the basics but we had coffee, tea and milk provided and the kids even had biscuits, so very appreciated. A very clean cottage. The owner checked in on us, again much appreciated. The kids got to play football at the back with actual goals and the typical UK mud patches. The kids were beyond ecstatic. Ample books for all ages, even Oxford reading tree readers for the youngsters. A fully stocked games drawer with no missing pieces! We only stayed a night but if you are in the area for any longer, these cottages are awesome. We were in for a weekend event at Silverstone, really easy to access. The services for supplies was really close too. We went out in Brackley for dinner, about 20 minutes away which was really easy.
