She speaks English and German. I recommend it for trip. Close to road is a little bit dissadvantage but during night silent, no issue. Beach 20 min. by walk. City centre 10 min, castle and exhibitions. Rooms with central clima, no needed this time, beds very very confortable. Really very good sleeping. Very satisfied.
