They spent time to chat and shared a lot about their family, Ireland, nature and everything else. I felt like I was with family. They were available for any questions or recommendations. The house is immaculate, very neat, clean, fully stocked with utensils and anything else you would need. There were welcoming eggs, water, tomatoes, bread, coffee, tea , chips, granola bars and more. I wish I had more time to spend in the area. Their hospitality went a far way into elevating my experience here in Ireland. Her husband is warm and engaging and full of information on bees, birds, nature and current affairs. I could spend hours and hours listening to him. The location is excellent as a base to visit places on the east side of Ireland. Already miss it.

So warm and comfortable. With everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Adrian and Lucille are great, very helpful. Adrian gave us lovely cupcakes the day we arrived. We will definitely stay here again. We were really pleased with the level of cleanliness & the facilities there.

There are artificial lakes for fishing. The cabin is completely made of wood and makes it a special feeling. We got to see a fox in front of the cabin in the morning, it was something new and interesting for us.
