Situated within 1.6 km of Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport and 1.3 km of Chiang Mai Gate, Day Off House Chiang Mai Near Walking Street provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in... Had a wonderful stay! This has become my favorite place in CM and I´ve stayed in many over the last 8 years! Cozy containers with comfy beds, A/C, desk and everything very clean. Super fast WiFi through the place, perfect for Digital Nomads working remotely. Very welcoming atmosphere, common kitchen had free coffee / tea, cheap drinks available to buy from the fridge and was a great place to meet other travelers. The Host Sirisakul and her mum were the best, always so sweet and caring to all guests! Free bicycles available and Sirisakul also arranged good deals for scooter rentals. One night she even invited all guests to join her for dinner with her Thai friends which was such a nice, authentic experience! Location is very peaceful and convenient, being 5 min walk to local restaurants / cafes. Easy to reach many points of interest by Bolt in 10 min or less: Wua Lai Walking Street (5 min), Night Bazaar (7 min), Tha Phae Gate (10 min), Nimman (10 min) and Airport (10 min). I´ll be always welcome to come back :)

The location is near to all the places we went. We have a car so we have no problem to go from one place to another. The owner of the place is really nice to us during our stay.

You should try to book a room with breakfast, we adults and kids were overwhelmed. We stayed for four nights, first morning we all got English breakfast- too much variety to eat. We requested Thai breakfast for adults from next day. It was amazing.

We really loved the owner, he's really welcoming and always ready to help you. You have free coffee, tea and snacks in the shared kitchen, and also free powder for the laundry. In front of the apartment there is the Kadmanee Night market, lovely place where you can get a cheap dinner. We stayed there 11 nights and the price for the stay was super good. We really recommend it! ☺️

It was central to beautiful restaurants, 25 min walk to many temples and anything else one may need. The staff are amazing, I didn’t know how to use something and 2 mins later a staff member is at my door looking to help.

The gardens outside the rooms are beautiful! Also the room is apartment style with a half kitchen so it really has everything you need. We only stayed a few days but I can see going back and staying for a month or more in a room like that! Very clean and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. She let us stay until 5pm on the day we checked out even though our check out was supposed to be at 12. Very sweet!

This studio apartment was new and elegant. It got everything a couple could need. There are other bigger apartments aimed for families. The one I got was excellent. The location couldn't get better in Chiang Mai. I recommend everyone to stay at this place.
