Located close enough to the city to get everywhere kinda fast but still in a more quiet area of Chiang Mai. The staff is very friendly and helpful (even though their English is VERY limited). The rooms are clean and you’ll definitely have enough space (and the drinks in the lobby are cheaper than at the nearest 7-Eleven). Stayed here for the second time now and they are still great.

It is very easy to get throughout the Old Town on foot from here. The property is big and well appointed with nice furniture, decor, and fixtures throughout. The host Micky met me to hand over keys and then left me alone unless I had questions. There is enough space to park a small car or several bicycles/motorbikes. Micky and her helper were very helpful on the last day when I was moving properties in Chiang Mai but had booked a tour.

Secured carpark with gate. Communal area with kitchen, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave, electric hob and unlimited filtered water for free. Separate fridge loaded with drinks, beers, soda drinks for very reasonable price. Place is very quiet day and night. Mattress very comfortable so we had great night sleeps. Water pressure in the bathroom great! Free shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Host is very nice, always available, if not around just ring the bell. We would return for sure!

Lovely warm welcome, thoughtful, caring hosts, nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond to help me with my requests. Situated down a quiet peaceful side street. Easy going, calm environment and atmosphere. Spotlessly clean throughout. Air con and super efficient fan. I especially loved the tranquil 2nd floor garden space adjacent to my room.. thoughtfully and beautifully done. Accommodation is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, cute kitchenette.. the natural light was a real treat, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, basic utensils, water provided, desk/drawers settee, wardrobe/dresser, wash basket/plentiful hangers, outside hanging/drying space… really did come in handy. Close to supermarket, shops, night market opposite with lake and low seating in behind. 15 min to centre on foot, lovely stroll through quirky, interesting local shops/stalls. Excellent quality… and price. A real pleasure. I loved this place! I highly recommend a short or long stay.

The building is old but secure entry and unit is nicely apppointed. Excellent wifi and shower water pressure. So for anyone wishing a home space the middle of Nimman area surrounded by convenience stores, and all sorts of places to eat, coffee, shop or spa, this place is great value.
