It’s a bit up to hill but as scooter is a must, we didn’t seem to have this an issue. Joy and Alf are both such a legends! Highly recommended also Joy’s cooking class at the roof terrace. We enjoyed it as much as possible and would go definitely back when in Koh Tao. They were so helpful in any cases. ❤️

Not that much though especially if you rent a scooter.

The hosts are very friendly, no language barrier at all. You get the feeling that everything will be good as the common sense is king at the property. The owners live at the property and they can advise you with everything. It's quiet area with a nice view and a nice pool. You do need a scooter to get around, but you get home and it's quiet. Koh Tao is so small that you will not drive more than 10 minutes anyway. To go to 7/11 or any shop it will be 2 minutes on a scooter. The apartment is spacious, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen where you can cook stuff, pans, knives, cutting boards, glasses - everything is there. We will come to Koh Tao for sure and I will book this place again. Everything just made sense in this place and we could completely relax.

The host was super nice and said hello every time we walked by, they ask when to clean the room and help you when you have questions. I would highly recommend it, the location is also really great.
