Sandy's Place NYC 1 enjoys a location in Brooklyn, just 6 km from Barclays Center and 22 km from Coney Island. The Brooklyn Navy Yard is within 5 km of the apartment. Sandy's apartment is a great place to stay for a trip to NY. The place was spotlessly clean. She herself was extremely helpful and quick with her replies. There is an excellent deli across the street. The place exceeded my expectations.. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Many thanks Sandy! I hope to be back again.

Location: in the Financial district, couple minutes walk from Wall Street Metro 2&3, few minutes walk from the Brooklyn Bridge or Battery Park. So well connected to all interesting places. Comfort: spacious studio Plus (48sqm), clean, quiet - no noise at all! Excellent bed, linen, bathroom and kitchen. The Staff was warm and kind all times.

The place was very clean smelled great and spacious. If you live in brooklyn, which i am, you will understand this place enough space to be comfortable and feel at home. The area had a very nice selection of food to eat and convenience stores for the small things. The staff was very accommodating and responded very quickly, which I very much appreciated. I would definitely always just stay here.

The best was the people, you will feel that you are within your family, always asking in lovely ways if you need any help. I wish my stay there was longer. and see the more tulip flowers in the garden Really, thank you Vary.

This place was perfect for our needs, we stayed in queens for two weeks. Our host was incredibly responsive to all our requests and made sure we are satisfied and comfortable. We cooked for ourselves and enjoyed the small .garden outside The area is quiet and peaceful and getting anywhere is easy with public transportation. Highly recommended!!

Our family trip to New York was an absolute dream, thanks to this incredible place. It’s so rare in NYC to find a spacious place that’s quiet and comfortable! It's much bigger than we were expecting, in fact it was huge, and had it's own front door (not an apartment) which was nice. It's in a very busy, central and lively location but manages to be in a quiet alley without any noise. The home is extremely well-equipped: great beds, pillows, towels, and the kitchen and living room is fully stocked with everything you could need on your stay. The crib and high chair was a game changer for our little one. It was the perfect launch spot for exploring New York, very private, quiet, and situated on a very cool street. We loved it. It was perfect for our family, can't recommend it enough and will definitely book again when we're next in New York.
